Hello family!!! :))
another week has passed and this
weekend..another month!!! WOW! i am going to hit my 4 month mark this
weekend!!! but guess what..there is no better way to celebrate this than with a
baptism! and that is exactly what i am going to do!!! :)
we have this investigator named
christian! we always walk by his house and see his brother! so one day (like 2
weeks ago) we stopped to talk to his brother, and chrsitain was there! so we were
talking to both of them and asked if we could leave a pamphlet! we gave him the
restoration pamphlet and asked to meet him the next day! well the next day came
and he had read the entire pamphlet! and he accepted the baptismal invitation!
(first he said to was too early but than some members came an asked him when he
was getting baptized and he "17 of january!" we were super shocked
and super happy lol and he was the one who came to church on his own last
week!) we had another lesson with him this week and he had read the other
pamphelt that we left, and he marked it with things he learned!!!! and he read
the assigned part of the libro de mormon!!!! our zone leader was with us..and
he did a pre-interview! and said that he is ready for baptism! he was super
excited for the lessons! he came to church again this week on his own and we
annoucned his baptism!! he is SO PILAS!!!!!!!!! (thats like hardworking or
smart lol) seriously he is a miracle...HEAVENLY FATHER PREPARES PEOPLE!!!!!! he
also has gone to elder´s qurom activities and played futbol with us and
everything! he is so excited for his baptism!!!!! :))) and so are we!! before
my mission i only dreamed of investigators like him..and heavenly father has
allowed me the opportunity to know him! and i am helping him come unto
christ!!!! WHOOO!!! :)))
also this week we had to do
divisions! my comp is an hermana lider and has to do splits with other sisters!
so this week hermana galland came to oriente! well this division was a little
different...hermana galland just came this change..she has 4 weeks in the
feild...i have 10...WE ARE STILL IN TRAINING lol needless to say i was very
nervous to do bc she speaks even less spanish than i do!! but heavenly father
provides way for us to cumplir with the things he needs!! and we did it! and i
was able to be "comp a" for a day!!! i need to have more confidence
in myself!! (eventhough i am sitll nervous lol) but it was really fun to do it
and to get know another sister more!!!:) but i was very happy when hermana hernandez
got back! i seriously love her!! we have so much fun together!!!

57 And now I say unto you, all you that are desirous to follow the voice of the good shepherd, come ye out from the wicked, and be ye separate, and touch not their unclean things; and behold, their names shall be blotted out,
that the names of the wicked shall not be numbered among the names of
the righteous, that the word of God may be fulfilled, which saith: The
names of the wicked shall not be mingled with the names of my people;
58 For the names of the righteous shall be written in the book of life,
and unto them will I grant an inheritance at my right hand. And now, my
brethren, what have ye to say against this? I say unto you, if ye speak
against it, it matters not, for the word of God must be fulfilled.

what shepherd is there among you having many sheep doth not watch over
them, that the wolves enter not and devour his flock? And behold, if a
wolf enter his flock doth he not drive him out? Yea, and at the last, if he can, he will destroy him.
60 And
now I say unto you that the good shepherd doth call after you; and if
you will hearken unto his voice he will bring you into his fold, and ye
are his sheep; and he commandeth you that ye suffer no ravenous wolf to
